Yourhealthy.menu is an online platform that helps you change to a more healthy life, by making small lifestyle and diet changes. You get completely done-for-you mealplans, shopping lists, and tons of healthy tips to change your life for the better. You also get access to your own personal nutritionists, as every answer to your question is only a single email or phone call away!
Are all the recipes vegetarian/vegan?
No! My husband and I are flexitarians. Which means we eat mainly plant-based, but also allow for meat and dairy from time to time. All the recipes are based on this principle.
Can I use my credit card to purchase?
We accept all major credit cards through Stripe or Paypal. Both these companies are industry leaders in the payment processing industry. Your credit card details are stored safely and securely with these companies. If you have any more questions about these payment processors, please send a mail to firstname.lastname@example.org and we’ll get back to you right away.
Can I cancel my subscription at any time?
Of course! You can cancel your subscription by going ‘My Account’ and choose ‘cancel account’.

Do you provide nutritional information with the recipes?
Yes, all of our recipes have full nutritional information!
Can I access the recipes on my mobile phone?
Yes, our entire website is optimized for mobile devices. You can view it on a tablet, phone, or computer.
Can I gift a membership to somebody?
No problem. Just send a mail to firstname.lastname@example.org and let us know who you want to gift a membership to. We’ll sort it out straight away.
How much does the membership cost?
We have 3 different price options. $15 monthly, $36 quarterly, or $119 yearly.
Only the monthly subscription comes with a free trial.
Can I download all the recipes separately?
Yes, all of our recipes come in a handy format with download and print buttons for you to use.
Are my details stored securely?
All the data on yourhealthy.menu is stored securely and remotely using 256 bit SSL encryption (the same as banks and retailers) compliant to ensure all your data is kept private, safe and secure at all times.
Do I get new recipes every week?
Yes, although some favorite recipes my come back every month or so, almost all recipes are fresh every week.
Can I upgrade my subscription from monthly to annually or quarterly?
Yes, just send a mail to email@example.com and we’ll upgrade right away!
Who is Jandy Infomedia Limited and why do I get mails from it?
